In each of his site, SPPP is putting through is painting process an average of 50 000 parts a day. In this high volume environment, your product will be individually inspected with a cleverly thorough and appropriate visual inspection redundancy. In the decorative part manufacturing process, a visual control redundancy is necessary to ensure the highest quality levels expected by our client.
Visual part aspect control in many cases is difficult to automatized due to the large diversity range of shape or colors. In SPPP, our teams are trained to develop and master those abilities and competences : polyvalence and accuracy.
Our production teams are constantly trained and evaluated to ensure a no fault application of our clients requirement. In this principle a methodology based on cross and self-assesment process has been developped and implemented by SPPP.
